Emergency Rooms And Health Clinics Become Voter Registration Hubs

Dr. Madelaine Tully and medical assistant Marshae Love hold up their VotER badges at Progressive Community Health Center in Milwaukee. VotER is an initiative to register new voters at ERs and clinics.

A nonpartisan program gives emergency room visitors and hospital patients the chance to register to vote during an election year when health care has the primary concern for many.
